how to copy field in the quick create for the custom bo.

Hi Experts,

I have a scenario where I need to copy fields by selecting the current instance of the record in the OWL of my custom BO and when i click on the copy button it will open the quick create and then copies some of the fields from the selected record of the OWLof my custom BO.

Please explain in detail if anyone has done this before.Find the attached screen short for more reference.
