filtering measures with between operator

Hi experts,

May be it's a very basic question, but my 1 day search in google did not help.

I have a table like below (my original requirement is to replace the table with geo-map):

What I want is to filter the records with help of the slider above .

Any idea how to achieve this ?

Product version:

SAP BO BI Platform 4.1 SP5

Design Studio 1.5

Data source is on UNX universe on top of SQL Anywhere database.

Design Studio SCN Community Basics extension package installed (for Range Slider 2.0).
