Yes that is what we have been doing (closing or deleting) but it would be easier if it did not appear at all. Our problem with this is our purchase requisition process is decentralised and we need to update PReqs in bulk. This causes problems with our workflow as soon as you reverse the rejection it flicks off another workflow before you can close it (mass maintenance).
