check point in alloted budget ,based on nature of operation

Hi all,

Is it possible to  have a check point for the budget allotted to department for maintenance based on  nature of work like mechanical , electrical etc.

Suppose total budget is 1000000. out of this  each planner group has equal shares of budget. now once they  reach there share, system should not allow further maintenance order.

PS module is not there.
