I have gone through the PAM guide, yes, and from what I can see it is a compatible version (although the guide is quite confusing).
I've also already gone through the thread you mentioned (and many others) and this didn't help, unfortunately.
That is also the other strange thing - If I go to Preferences there is no option to set the Web Intelligence preferences; even though the application is installed.
