Activate VE Viewer in SAP PLM - ECTR interface with SOLIDWORKS

Hi,

Though I'm able to see the VE Viewer window after opening SAP PLM - ECTR, I'm unable to view model files in the viewer when clicked on the models within ECTR..

Any additional settings to be enabled..Can anyone suggest..?
