Eliminiations and adjustment rule for specific months

Hi,

In the eliminations and adjustments business rules I can use the "other dimensions filter" to create a rule for a specific category by entering CATEGORY = ACT.

My question is, can I write a filter based on a property of a dimension element? I have a requirement to have one rule for the month of December and another for all other months. What I don't want to do is include every December (2015.DEC, 2016.DEC, ...) in my filter. But can I create a filter based on the month property of the time dimension element?
