- Have you confirmed connecting from other Lumira v1.31 Desktop clients?
- Have you confirmed in the Control Panel it shows that Lumira v1.31 was installed properly?
- Have you tried to repair the BIP v1.31 install on the Windows server?
If you have already restarted the Windows Server running the Lumira BIP and the problem persists then I would recommend un-installing all Lumira BIP versions installed.
After removing all Lumira BIP do a fresh NEW install of v1.31 BIP, this should eliminate the issue.
