the user which you using to login with AD is it visible in Users and groups.
IF you are using temp licence and named then it might be possible that the users is not created.
once the users is in check the path mentioned of Krb5.ini and bscLogin.conf file path in the java option.
if there is any typo then correct it coz its case sensitive.
Kinit will be the best way to test this error.
