Not able to create service PR from BAPI in CJ20N

Hi All,

I tried to create service PR for CJ20N with the use of BAPI - BAPI_BUS2002_ACT_CREATE_MULTI and successfully created a service activity but not able to create PR within the activity using BAPI_PR_CREATE

Tried to create PR from ME51N with account assignment category 'N' but when tried to enter activity number with network, then system is giving error "Network cannot be assigned with an activity ".
